Truck in pieces!
I have to vent to you guys for a moment cause the wifey dont care she thinks its funny. I am doing a front end rebuild on my truck, new CV axles, tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, pitman arm and idler arm etc...
Tuesday evening I got most everything taken off and apart. I was going to start the process of putting new back on yesterday after work, here ya go, lightning popping everywhere, high winds, and heavy downpours. The thing that sucks about this is, its been so pretty and nice all day while at work. Today may be the same as well, its cloudy and is suppose to clear up some, and I have a 50% chance of rain this afternoon. Well we will see, sorry for the long post, just needed to vent. I need a garage, and I hate this time of year!

Well... I kind of think it's funny too. But not for lack of caring... more out of irony. It's like no matter how well you plan things there's always something else getting in the way. When this happens to me I have to sit down and laugh, grab a drink and beg for mercy... and I usually get it. Maybe you ought to take a break, grab a drink with the wife and who knows? But I bet you'll feel better after.

NOS, I had everything on both sides torn down in about 4 hrs, minus the CVs out. I had to stop because guess what, It started Popping Lightning!
Abecedarian, I laugh, but its an ironic laugh like I could just kill something kind of thing. I understand you laughing, you probably been there before, the wife laughs because she is picking, and has a brand new car to drive around in and she keps rubbing it in. She is just playing, but she told me she really dont understand why I get frustrated with this weather and trying to get it fixed. Oh, we always have a drink or two together, keeps us busy if ya know what I mean!

If it makes you feel any better I have a garage, the 4Runner doesn't fit in it
I am stuck working on it outside and the weather in PA is either mild sun/muggy as hell or raining/muggy as hell. Either weather type I still have to do with the mosquitos

Gee I dont feel so bad now. Did mine a couple of weeks ago. I had nice weather. I was upset cause I felt that it took me way too long. took me prolly 12-14 hours to finish it up. Needless to say some of the parts were a PIA, I suppose that has to do with them being on there for 120k+. Good luck

so he is preventing you from working on your ifs. If you baught an IFS eliminator kit and a straight axle im sure it would be pretty outside again
