Truck doesn't want to start :/

Recently bought a 94 tacoma, 4x4, auto, 3.0L. Guy could not get it to run right so he sold it. He replaced the mass air flow, fuel pump, fuel filter, cap, rotor and swapped the fuel pressure regulator out with a cheap ebay adjustable one. I got the truck home and noticed he had the fuel pressure regulator set at 15 pounds. I bumped it up to 45 and it ran great. Drove it around for an hour, shut it off a few times. Noticed it was getting harder to start so bumped it down a couple pounds. Then finally it died on me on the high way. Just flat out died no studder. Would not restart. Got it home then replaced the ebay regulator with a stock fuel pressure regulator. Then pulled the plugs and they were gas fouled. Replaced the plugs along with new wires. Found a tear in the throttle body boot and wrapped it in electrical tape for the time being. The turn turned over, and over, and over. Then finally started barley, stayed running as i assisted it with throttle. I then let off the throttle and it died out. Started up again then died. Now it will not start at all. It turns over, i hear it getting spark, even tested it. Its also getting fuel. Any ideas? I would really like to drive the truck and get out of my blazer zr2. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks!

replace the intake boots, pull the plugs for a couple days, let the cylinders dry out and install new plugs.
check the fuel return line from the fuel pressure regulator to the tank for any obstructions, pinching, crush or the like.

Installed a brand new intake boot, pulled the plugs(again) They were fine. Even with starting fluid it does not want to start. Getting fuel, as when the hose is disconnected and engine turned over it pumps gas. Getting spark also. Any ideas?

No codes. Didnt check timing. It was running great then died due to being flooded. Didn't think it would just randomly go out of time.

my best guess because you said you are getting fuel and spark. assuming you have compression and your timing belt is intact. . . . .
