Trouble Choosing Between Thorley Headers
I am trying to decide on what headers to get. The manufacture was out of the Thorley THY-555y which I tried to order. They did offer 2 substitutes. The 2wd version THY-504 and the 4wd version THY-504-4.
Is there a difference in the 2wd and 4wd models?
The main question......
In terms of FIT and PERFORMANCE what is the difference between the 555y and the 504-4 for my 22re? (94 P/U 4wd) I read the 555-Y needs some extra welding?
Will the 504-4 be just as good? it has a 2.5" dia vs. the 555-y with 2.25".
Any ideas?
