transmission in out, what else to fix??

i pulled my trans to change the rear main and to swap the clutch. what else should i change out??

The clutch fluid, if it's dark. Unless the master and slave cylinders are not working, no need to do anything with them.

New pilot bearing...throwout? The retainer clips for the throwout bearing....on the clutch fork. Those clips may be gnarled or even missing.

Check pedal adjustment.
