Transfer Case Mounted Parking Brake Problems

I have an 86 4Runner that has been changed from automatic to manual, i bought a transfer case mounted parking brake from all pro offroad and when i went to install the disc on the transfer case out put shaft mounting flange it won`t fit, the brake disc hits the floor about a half inch before it lines up with the mounting flange bolt holes. Im running duel cases and im using a bud built cross member to hold everything up. any ideas how i can make this work ?.
