Unhappy Transfer case leak!!!! Help!

Ok i got a 92 toyota pick up 4x4. Its a 4 cylinder (22re) 5 speed and there is a massive leakage on my transfer case only when i do about 60mph on the freeway.

I first notice the leak about a month ago. I just keep adding gear oil in there n drive it around, but there is always gear oil stain whenever i park the car.

I looked under the car n saw the leak from the top of the transfer case. It leak rite out of the shifter. I changed the shifter seat (the bushing o-ring look-a-like where the shifter sits on) and it still leak termendously.

has anyone came across this problem before or does anyone know how to stop the leak? Please cause gear oil isent that cheap buyin it weekly.

THANKS

Probably a leak somewhere else, rear output seal, and then you have overfilled it so it is venting out the shifter. Clean it up good and then find the leak.

i took out the shifter boot n everything and drove it as is seeing the ground from inside the car n i saw the leak gushing out of the stifter. can that be the bad output seal too or no to make it leak from above?

You may have just overfilled it.
