Trans Pan

I'm doing a fluid and filter change and in the process I've run into a problem, the trans pan wont come out. I've got it all unbolted and separated from the trans, but it seems to be hanging up on the sway bar, has anybody else run into this and is there something I can do to move the bar/change it's orientation or flex without actually unbolting the brackets that hold the bar in place?

1990 4Runner 4WD 3.0 Auto stock height (as far as I know and not sure if that matters for sway bar position in relation to trans pan).

Thanks, I looked at the clock and realized I was running out of time so I did just that actually. Oddly now the bolts on the leading end (end nearest the engine) simply spin in their holes but don't seem to be gripping anything.
