Trail gear bull bumper mod?

I just got my trail gear bumper today but I'm now reading the I maybe to mod to it because I'm doing a 2 bl in the next week. -__- should I worry about this before I sand down the bumper and paint it. ?

I want the body lift it's already purchased... And im doing this because I want more lift with my 4 inch suspension.

well if you need practice painting I would paint it now then again after you need to change something that might hurt the paint.:jessica:
