track bar bushing

track bar bushing
hi all, ive been searching and found the energy suspension bushing for the rear track bar on a 91 4runner. does anyone know if this is for the upper bushing or the lower one that attaches to the axle? I know factory only makes the lower one. It looks like my track bar is seazed and toyotas solution is to buy a new track bar. Im sure others have had the same prob. Thanks in advance.
