How wide are your tires and where are they rubbing on the fender well? On the inside next to the frame or outside? You may just need rims with different backspace.
I've got 31s on my stock 87 and they don't rub even when turning sharp on uneven ground, so I would think 3" lift should clear 32s unless they are wide or a backspace issue.

if you're rubbing on your fenders, then you likely have too shallow of backspacing or too wide of wheels (track width too wide). Can't say because we don't know what you have. you need to state what spec of wheel you have now, how you've got your 3" lift up front, and perhaps some measurements (like from center of axle to bottom of fender lip) - then someone will be able to help you more.
The only real solutions might be: find the correct spec of wheel for your tires, gain more lift to clearance the rubbing (suspension or body lift), or to bust out a BFH and/or cutoff wheel and start modifying firewall and fenders. The latter is my personal choice - keep it as low as possible with the largest tires you can fit.

I believe the the tires are 16 inches wide.Where they rub is right side out side of the fender. I like i said they are rubbing when i turn sharp.

Here's your issue. your lift is fine. Your wheel/tire selection sucks.
12" wide rims on how wide of a tire? you mention you have a 33, but whats the width? Im letting you know now, 12" wide probably looks ridiculous. You need to drop down to a 10" wide rim and you wont rub.

Dude you're not giving us enough info to help you! You should be able to clear 33's just fine with a 3 inch. My buddy has a set off 33's and they are 11.22 wide on a stock truck. But you need a 10 inch wide wheel and a positive offset to clear. Also if you are just rubbing on plastic and wheel wheels you can always get a saws all and go to town.

post of pic of the side view of your truck
post a pic with your rim off the truck with a straight edge and tape measure going from the straight edge to the lug surface so we can see the back spacing
you have said you have 16" rims, 12" wide tires, 32" tires that are almost 33"
you have not yet said how wide the rims are..
you 'should' be fine with 8" or 10" wide rims..
or just bust out the hammer and sawzall and you will be good
