Tie rods?
My ball joints on my IFS are in good shape I know that, the Idler arm is new with idler arm brace, but the steering stops seem to be more "catchy" than the usual noisy when in full turn. They were lubed too. My front tires also seem to have a little bit of play despite the new idler arm. Could this be the tie rods then? OR what other front IFS component would you look at?

This is how I knew my tie rods were shot. Leave the front tires on the ground and shake the tire from front to back while your head is inside the fenderwell looking down at the tie rod ends. If you see play or hear clunking...thats the probable cause.
