Tie Rod problem

I am trying to install a trailmaster 4" lift and Im at the point where I need to remove the tie rods on the differential bracket. I dont know how I messed up but the nut on the tie rod bolt wont come loose, it seems that the tie rod bolt is spinning with the nut. What do I do besides cutting the bolt, and if I have to cut the bolt, how much is a new tie rod?

can you insert an allen wrench in the cotter pin hole to prevent the bolt from spinning?

1. spray a lot of penetrating oil to loosen all the crud.

2. use heat on the castle nut just to expand it.

3. next time around, inner tie rod ends are like $40-50 from auto parts storem use tons of anti-seize...
