tie rod end question???

i have a 88 pickup 4x4 that needs new tie rod ends. will 2wd tie rod ends work on a 4x4? I have a spare 2wd truck with good ones on it just dont want to do
all the work if it wont work. thanks

i doubt it but you can go to the autozone web site, and look up the part numbers for both. i do this a lot it saves time and work trying parts out.
