Throttle/Kickdown linkages HELP

So, my buddy has a 1987 Pickup 22re Auto 4x4. His injectors were leaking so I took it all apart and got the injectors out. He decided to put it back together with me and now the throttle cable has no place to attach. At all. It has a funky linkage setup, too. It there are 2: the first sits on the side of the upper intake plenum, where the throttle cable and the kickdown cables attach and rotate. From there, a push rod attaches to the linkage and clips onto the actual throttle body linkage. My question is, does anyone have experience with this type of set up? I've worked on several of these trucks but have never seen a setup like this, and I'd like a picture of the first linkage. Google has none, and I searched for a hot minute.
