Throttle Cable

Ok guys, when I dropped my automatic transmission and the throttle cable going to the transmission broke. Do I need this for the manual transmission?
it's not the one that goes to the pedal, its the one that attached to the top of the transmission.

broke cable

Sounds like that was your kick down cable for the automatic tranny so Im gonna say you dont need it. Wish I had a manual!
Good luck with the install!

Thanks man, everything is going smooth as of right now. We got the auto pulled out in one day, and now I'm waiting until saturday to put the manual in. I'll take some pics and let everyone know how it went and what not to do lol. Yea, i'm almost positive it was the kick down cable because one goes from the assembly to the pedal and the other down behind the motor and to the transmission. That was the one that broke.
Thanks everyone,
Ryan
