TG rear bumper

TG rear bumper
Anyone have any pics of the new Trail Gear rear bumper mounted on a pickup? So far the only pics I've seen show it on a 4runner. I am debating between getting the Marlin bumper and the TG, so I'd like to see how it sits on the pickup.
Another issue is that I'd have to adjust it to fit my 2" body lift. I know the MC bumper can be placed onto a 2" body lift by cutting and rewelding the brackets. I'm guessing this could also be done to the TG bumpers. However, the brackets on the TG bumpers look like they might be a little harder to work with, since they are a bit narrower than the MC brackets. Anyone care to chime in?

Here's what Trail Gear replied in an email I shot over to them
"We do not have pictures of the bumper on a truck. Watch our website and we should have some up shortly.
The bumpers do not require notches cut into the roll pan for installation.
You can modify the bumper, but would require cutting, re-welding and the fabrication of some gussets. "
I'm interested to see what the bumper would look like on a pickup. Seems like the bumper would sit rather low if you don't have to make the notches into the roll pan. I'm picturing an unsightly gap in between the bumper and truck, sort of like what you get when you have a body lift. I guess we'll see...

Just buy the Marlin Bumper and pay them for their intelectual property... THat TG bumper is SUCH a rip-off and those guy's aren't HALF the good people that Marlin and his folks are...
AS for the bumper mod's... Yes, on Pickups you NEED TO CUT NOTCHES... that TG answer was rediculous, on 4Runners you don't need to because of a different roll pan. On P/U's you DO have to notch becasue the roll pan goes down farther. At least you had to when Marlin designed that bumper years ago
Cheers

How is the Tg bumper a rip off?
Its a few bucks cheaper and made out of DOM tubing.
TG as well as marlin have very great customer service and i have no problem doing business with either
BTW look up teh differences between the bumpers.. I don't see how you say that you will definitely have to cut the rollpan even if the manufacture says you don't.
Look at the design, the Tg bumper seems to drop further so it won't contact.

Sorry i do not have the rear bumper. i am debating it though, or using the money towards a tubing bender and making my own.
