TCM problem
I have a 1994 4runner 3VZE 3.0 Auto Trans A340H, Transmission wouldn't shift when I bought it no transmission/engine codes, I rebuilt the transmission and transfer case (I am an ASE mechanic retired) followed the FSM, Still won't shift after, so tested and replaced the park/neutral position switch=bad, TPS was replace, No 2 Speed sensor replaced, everything else tested good, but when checking at the ECM/TCM i have power going to Solenoids 2,3, and 4 and no power to S1 should be just the opposite, has anybody else run into this? no way to query the ECM it is OBD1, does this sound like an ECM/TCM?

Will it shift (using the shift lever) with the solenoids all disconnected? If not, you are unlikely to have an ECM issue.
Have you queried for trouble codes? http://web.archive.org/web/201408161...31diagnosi.pdf
Have you done the FSM electronic diagnosis? http://web.archive.org/web/201408160...34electron.pdf
