Swapping 94 22R-e into a 92 pickup

Swapping 94 22R-e into a 92 pickup
Hey everyone,
The 22R-e in my 92 pickup cracked a head and blew a head gasket, it also really needs a complete rebuild. Instead of purchasing a new head and rebuilding the engine I want to purchase a 22R-e from a 94 pickup. I was offered one for $400 which I think is a steal.
Would the swap be a plug and play? Or do I need to purchase a ECU for the newer engine.
