92 v6 and 94 22re swap
just bought my first yote after much deliberation and searching. same day i went to buy the 94 22re sitting in my yard i viewed a 92 6 cylinder that was a bit more clean body-wise and just seems the more i think of it a better fit physically. knew i wanted the 22re though. was wondering, probably a pipe dream, but if i could get my hands on the 92 still i was wondering if i could swap the drive tains without too much trouble. i know the mounts will be something to fiddle with, but i would, in theory, have two complete and well running vehicles with low miles relatively. 145 on the 6 cylinder and 120 something on the 4.

Besides motor mounts, you will need to do a complete wiring swap and that is a big job. You will have to tear the dash down all the way to the firewall to get the wiring out. I just got done doing a 22r to 22re conversion and is what you would need to do to as well. It is a major task.
