Have you messed with the hubs at all in your investigation? I'd be tearing apart the hub and just repack the wheel bearings and generally freshen everything up by going through it at this point just to keep iliminating things and do PM at the same time.

"Clicking" is just so vague and could be so many things unfortunately

Clicking is usually CVs but they have to be moving for that. If they're unlocked, shouldnt be.

Did you try jacking up the wheel and spinning by hand?

I've replaced the bearings on that side locked and unlocked the hubs, jacked it up and spun it by hand. It's more of a rattling sound. hoping I'll see something the second time when I swap out the cv joint.

So check this out.
I had my good friend the infamous mak92
Come help take a look at it. We finally narrowed it down to me driving in a slow circle in the street with him walking next to my truck. As I turn left the weights on the tires move out when there is pressure on them and then snack the rim as it rotates. Hence why only on left turns and over 25mph. Now that I know it's something that stupid I've been driving it with no issues. I'm going to take the wheels in to get rebalanced. I'll post a pic of the issue later.
Thanks for all the advice guys!

Glad you got it traced, and it was minor!

I have a mystery sound too. A klunk when i go in or out of my driveway. But only on rainy days. Dry day, no sound. So weird.

But i need to do the same thing, walk next to it while someone else drives and try to isolate the source. Not easy alone!
