Sandblasted, primed, epoxied, undercoated inside the rails. Only way to go.

cool stuff, i hopwe you didnt put metal-ready back over the por15...
because that metal ready stuff is extremely basic and will kill the por15...

that's what I'd like to do, but the whole problem is my wife has to drive this truck to work. What i need is a $500 beater to drive while i'm doing the project.

i put the metal ready on the metal after the marine clean stuff. i rinsed it really good and then put the por-15 over it.
