Suspension help for my 93 4Runner

I'm new here. I just bought a 93 4Runner I'm going to fix up and put my reproduction factory stripes on for advertising. As usual the back sags a little. I'm torn between putting a Trailmaster 4" lift with 33/12.50's (and gears) or just putting 1.5" coils to level it out, maybe new torsion bars to help the front. If anyone has input on either lift I would appreciate a response.

This topic's been covered VERY thoroughly here, just search and you'll find lots of opinions and options.

That said, I went with the OME 901 coils, 1.5" ball joint spacers, and 4 OME shocks from TRDParts4U (strap22 on the board) and got nearly 3" of lift (from saggy butt to lifted but) in the rear, and close to 1" of lift in the front (1.5" spacers and I lowered the torsion bars about .5"). With this I'm still running 31's and it looks ok, I wouldn't buy another set of 31's with the lift though, my next purchase will be some 33x10.5's. There's lots of guys running 33x12.5's with this same lift.

From what I've read here, there are better options than the 4" drop bracket lift, as you're not really increasing wheel travel, you're just moving everything 4" further away from the frame.

Another option is to get some 1.5" springs for the rear, new shocks all around and call it good.

The new torsion bars won't give you any lift, all they do is give a higher spring rate so the ride will be a little stiffer and better able to handle more weight. To get any lift you'd have to crank them up, which some claim make the ride seem stiffer.
