1uz's are cheap, there in lots of junk yards, there LIGHTER than any of the motors mentioned here, and has more torque than any mentioned. Its a no brainer IMHO.

 

Is the 1uz the v6 out of the lexus? Sorry for the newb questions, I am unfamiliar with the engine codes? What model and years did they come in? Anything specific to look for?

Obviously you'll get an auto tranny with it and you'll need the computer, too.
Did these cars come with 3rd member rear drive?
