I am the victim of a rattling sunroof. Only when the sunroof is open, it will rattle, it sounds as though the noise is coming from somewhere along the track, possibly the sunroof is rattling on the track. Anyone had a similar problem and know of any solution? Any diagrams illustrating the construction of the sunroof and its track?

 

Yes mine does the exact same thing. It's the little wire springs on the left & right sides of the sunroof while it's open. They get a little rusty and start mvoing around causing it to rattle. If they start rattling on me I just stick my hand up there & move it for a temp fix, but some lube would be the more permanent solution.
