Unhappy sunroof drain tube exits...WHERE???

I've got a 1990 SR5 pickup that I bought new with a sunroof already installed. Never had a problem with it until a few days ago. During a heavy rain, water started coming INTO the cab after FILLING UP the rocker with water. I pulled out the passenger seat and the soaking wet carpet to access the passenger side kick panel. Lots of rust, so I vaccumed out the opening and lifted the end of the drain tube out. I looked into the access hole but didn't see much of anything as far as a plugged up exit hole. I poked around in the hole with a box end wrench but didn't feel as if there was an exit hole down there. After almost twenty years of ownership, I 've got a hard time believing that something isn't clogged . Anybody out there have any ideas? Much appreciated.

I've tried compressed air when mine clogged, but that didn't work. Eventually had to use a long, heavy duty coat hanger. That did the trick. Then, finished up with compressed air and rinsed with a garden hose. No more problem.

You might also try draino, depending on whats in the tubes.

I would try air first, see if you can blow the crud out.
