You might want to start your own thread. However have you measured your throw on the slave cylinder? Also did you buy aisin clutch master and slave (makes a huge difference) I had a similar problem on a friends truck, turned out to be flywheel after having resurfaced plus add in the missing material from 200,000 plus miles and a heavy duty clutch, slave just didnt have the reach.

thanks for the information. Be a couple days before I can jump back into this project. I'll definitely re post either way. I'll re check all the advised causes. Thanks again
