Hit up one of the toyota dealers on the board, I think you can get a complete lock set to replace all of them. Not sure if the design has been improved, i guess the older rigs have terrible locks.

meds and electronics and fishing license, but not much else gone? who steals a fishing license? it's not like it would be in your name, and that would be a surefire way to get the grand theft auto pinned on you when you got caught with it later. of course...when you're on a meth bender that stuff probably doesn't occur to you.
probably a good time to mention that it's good to write down the serial numbers on everything electronic in your rig. that way a couple days after it gets jacked, you can call or drive around to the pawn shops and get half your stuff back, and the folks working there MIGHT even remember who brought it in.

wow, good thing you got her back. did you check all the fluids? i'd look the whole truck over and check that stuff before you drive it incase they ran it hard. but it would probably be obvious if they did. if its not thrashed obviously chances are they just wanted some quick cash with the electronics. good luck replacing the stuff thats gone. maybe insurace will cover it?

best of luck on finding it
