Yeah he probably did lol. I painted my stock ones black too. I went on the cheap side so im rocking the walmart $1 a can primer and flat black lol. Turned out pretty good and havent had any problems with it yet. Spent like $20 for sandpaper, 6 cans of flat black and 4 cans of primer with a lot left
