Hehehe.....

Or, test the AFM. Fixed is not a bad meter by mere adjustment.

Ah, but should thine meter be faulty of nature, then thouest may have oxygen in excessivethetheth amount'sth.

perchance thou mayest be vindicated

but exhaust leaks, or even more likely vacuum leaks, are more likely culprits than a mal-adjusted afm.

Mal-adjusted doth not a bad meter equal.....

And, possibly it could be a leak. But, I've two meteres go bad on two different vehicles at right around 200k. Both lean conditions. S'why I merely suggest the investigation.

edit: Huh. I cant seem to get on 4crawlers website. I dont know if its my computer or what.
Go to 4crawler.com and search around for the AFM testing, if you can get on his site.

hmmm... '88-code 25: air/fuel ratio LEAN malfunction. - feedback value continues at upper limit, or oxygen sensor signal continues at the lower limit.

gonna add the PAIR system may be malfunctioning...

Oh right on! You're in Palmer I almost moved there last December. Freezebanks is just as the name implies...freezing ha

PAIR= Pulse Air Injection (Reaction ?). Basically it uses vacuum created by the pulsing affect of the exhaust to draw fresh air in to the exhaust to aid the catalytic converter in its processes.

Its a 22r/22re, right?
Also, is your air filter really dirty?

I just moved up here in August. I have been up here in the winter and summer before because my sisters have lived up here (one still does)..but besides the point...

No. it doesn't work off the EGR. I don't think the PAIR will directly affect a code being thrown. Dont take my word for it, but im pretty sure. Like ABE said, its a possible culprit for the lean mixture. How? (what I think) The PAIR valve may be malfunctioning and not allowing air to pass through it, so the O2 sensor is reading extra fuel, therefore causing the ECU to trim the fuel resulting in your lean mixture.
