Hello every one, my truck 1989 cab+ 22re automatic 4x4 start leaking power steering fluid from the gear box, i replaiced it with an aftermarket Duralast one, not the best but is working fine, also replace the p/s pump and return and preassure line. This was a year ago.
Last week the pump fail, tipical noise when gets air in the system, but no bubbles of air were found in the reservour, and the steering won't turn to easy if i press the breaks.
I replace the pump. Every thing is back to normal but if i press the breaks the steering don't whant to go, if no break is pressed. The tires goes pretty easy to both sides.
Any ideas of what can be the problem will be welcome.
