Start UP

ok first off i have a 1988 toyota pick up with the v6 3.0 auto

the problem is every morning and every time i start the truck when its cold it will crank for about 10 sec then spit and spuder and then die it will do this about 4 or 5 times then it will either spuder for a sec or two then start to idle fine. once it is idling i can turn it off and 2 sec later it will start fine then if i leave it for 2 or 3 hours (some times not that long ) it will do it again.

I have replaces the Coolant temp sensor checked for vac leaks replaced battery and starter tested CSV (cold start valve) seemed to be working ran seafoam in it and new plugs wires any other clues HELP!

Try this, pull the cold start injector out and clean it, they get covered in carbon build up over time, also remove the throttle body and clean it and make sure the vacuum ports on it are clear, and replace the fuel filter if it hasn`t been done in a while.
