Well the 2WD hub is 5 lugs the 4x4 is 6 lugs
Also the 4x4 spindle is hollow where the 2wd is solid.
I have never seen a 2wd up close and in person.
My guess would be no But it is a guess.

Yeah the 2wd 4runner from my understanding share the same chassis as the 4wd 4runner. So that's why I am trying to see if the spindle/hubs are the same. To me they look the same, the only difference is that the 2wd has a dust cap where the cv enters and was wondering if I can just pop the cover off and slide the cv in there.

The Parts catalog doesn't differentiate between 2wd and 4wd (though "model," like "Deluxe" and "SR-5" might hide that.)
Oops! This is not quite right. Depending on the Model code, a different part number is sometimes called for. A model code is like RN85 (22re) or VZN110 (3VZE). Alas, I can't find a listing of all the number part of that code. I believe it has to do with bed length mostly. I don't believe it is controlled by 4runner vs. Pickup. When using a web site like the one cited, use the correct description of your vehicle, and read the call out for the part number for model limitations.
By "spindle" I assume you're talking about the Steering Knuckle. http://www.toyotapartsoverstock.com/...320135040.html The parts catalog gives one part number (per side) for almost every model. Just to be sure, look under 'fitment' to see that your donor and recipient are both listed.
