Speedometer has A.D.D.

Well basically the arrow on speedometer wont stay still. It will bounce in a +/- 4 mph range. So say im going 45 it will bounce from 42 to 47 continously. It rarely ever stays still anymore? Any ideas. 91 toyota 22re.

I had binding speedo cable (poor terminology) on a Chevy that made that happen. It was worst when it was cold and even made noise when it got really cold out. Check for crimps or if you rerouted it that might make it happen.
But let it be known, I have no idea what the 4R has back there. If this doesn't apply, disregard.
