Source for VSV and dashpot

My canister VSV is broken and my dashpot is bad. Where online can I look for replacements?

I would think those are dealer only items but you might try NAPA, Autozone, etc online sites.

This site will tell you the OEM part numbers you're looking for: http://www.toyodiy.com/parts/ The dashpot is in the "Eng/Fuel" section, under "fuel injection". The VSV is in the "engine/fuel" section, under "vacuum piping, page 2"

When you put in your VIN you will get the part numbers specific to your model and year.

You can order the parts using those numbers from Toyota of Dallas: http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214074 or a number of other online dealers.

For my year-'89-those parts looked pretty expensive so a junkyard run may be an option also.

Autozone and other online McParts stores don't have them. I'm hoping someone knows of a specialty store online for Toyotas so I don't have to pay dealer prices. I've been into older Jeeps for years. There are sites like BJ's Offroad and Z&M where you can source specific OEM parts for cheap. Anyone know of anything like that?

Thanks Bugs, combining those two sites makes life easy. I placed an order today using the part numbers from ToyoDIY. I hope the speed and accuracy matches up with the ease of doing it on-line.

No problem, and I've had no problems with getting the correct part from Toyota of Dallas using the part numbers from ToyoDIY. Take care,
Bugs
