Last year Elbe was deep deep snow me and two other rigs spend 2 hours getting down a quarter mile then back out, don't know the trail name it was the first time. All rigs Were locked, snow wheeling is what convinced me to buy a winch. Going on a X-mas tree run later this week up to Evans creek, I work the week end. Here's a trail link for you guys. http://nwjeepn.com/WAtrails.htm

Well washintonians, we got snow last night and more coming! We got 5" up here in Arlington, much less at my work. But they say the snow is going to continue. It was an adventure just getting out of my driveway today, let alone getting all the way to work (30 miles!)

helll ya its snowing here still, I love this stuff!!! everyone FREAKS out! im sorry but i love driving in it.

haha, Elbe is by eatonville out on the West side of mt rainier basically. I was up in Cap Forest Saturday all day that was fun, pass side cv is makn noise... hopefully it dont break when i need it most. doh =p

Elbe isn't for beginners or people who care about their rigs. It's body damage central so you may reconsider a less challenging, unrewarding (to your body) place to wheel, especially in the winter!

So the snow has been dumping in Bellingham all day, its been pretty fun! I would do at trip down there but I would want it to warm up so I could camp, it would be lame for me to drive all that way for one day...I would at least like 3 or 4 days, tommorow gonna be fun im wheelin in the snow at a place with big ice patches to slide across,,,cant wait

duuuuudeee i want 14" ..damnit

I went up to the blackhills again this evening after spending the afternoon replacing a cv axle. and my truck is packed with frozen mud under it, trust me.. i had FUN! lol

theres about 10" at 2000ft up where we were. We took a dif route someone had gone off the cliff and rolled. I dont know details just that that the road was blocked and folks were turning back, hope no one got hurt, but i can only imagine they did.

Been a fun long day anyway, I AM looking forward to the snow ahead! cant wait!!!

alright! locker makes the biggest difference in snow. like sometimes its eager to throw your rear end out but when it comes down to it you get the traction you need. one wheel wonder is a joke but yeah snow wheeling is the best til you get stuck. i had my share of experiences back in salt lake city but all in all i love snow wheelin
