Slow to start

Hi folks,
I have a 91 4wd truck with the 3.0 3VZ-E engine. Engine is slow to start. When you hit the starter the engines turns over for probably 7-10 seconds before it starts up. After it starts it runs fine. Once you shut off the engine and try to start it right back it starts fine. You can smell gas under the hood but can't see it that it has leaked anywhere. Any ideas on this? Thanks in advance for your help.

If it starts quickly after it is warmed up, then there might be something wrong with the cold start injector or the circuit that controls it. They sometimes start leaking and flood the engine, or if it is not working at all then it would not get enough gas when cold.

Fuel now leaking

Hi folks,
I now have fuel leaking on the back side of the engine closest to the firewall. Can't tell where the fuel is coming from exactly. If you follow the fuel line up to the back of the engine it connects to something that I don't know the name of and probably leaking there. Its really hard to see back there without removing the whole air intake. Any help is much appreaciated.
Thanks,
David
