OK so i have 94 pickup with the 2.4 with a manual is a 2wd its running fine then the idle goes down and it starts to run really ruff and when i drive it the acceleration is really slow but if i put the gas peddle to the max it accelerates like it should almost like broke free from something sometimes is will run ok for awhile or even days but then it starts to run like crap again what dose this mean also iv put new plugs and wires on it and the distributor looked clean inside.

Check/Replace the fuel filter. Almost sounds like intermitten fuel pressure problems. You can rent a tool from autozone or the like to pressure test your fuel system too. I personally just replace the fuel filter as part of my "tune up" when I buy the truck.

Plugs, Wires, Cap/Rotor (replace it it's cheap), and fuel filter.

I have ran fuel system cleaner through it as well to try and clean the injectors out, don't see why that would hurt in your case as well.

EDIT: As others will tell you buy OEM it'll last significantly longer most of the time.
