Slave, clutch, master or tranny??
Recently too my toy in to have a new clutch installed and it was fun for about 2 weeks . Now it is very hard to get into 1st and grinds a little in every gear . Reverse it grinds really bad . I have bleed the slave on the tranny and no air came out. I also adjusted the clutch. No luck with either. Any ideas??

Take it back to where you had it installed and have them look at it. It sounds like the clutch travel and freeplay isn't adjusted properly, and it likely isn't disengaging fully. If this was only two weeks ago they should tweak it up until it's right.
Also, what do you mean when you say "I hear a whistle sound when I engage the clutch". Just to clarify, in normal terminology "clutch engaged" is when your foot is not touching the clutch pedal. "Clutch disengaged" is when you have the pedal pushed to the floor. Describe in more detail what the whistle sounds like and where in the pedal travel it happens.

Ya tats what I thought I was going to have to do... When I push the clutch to the floor there is a whistle sound coming from under the truck. That's the best way to describe the sound.

The slave cylinder seals have been ruined upon installation of your new clutch. When the technician took out your old clutch there is nothing to hold the slave cylinder in its place. This in itself is not a problem but when they reinstalled the new clutch they simply pushed the cylinder back into place which destroyed the seals on the back end. Go ahead and look at the slave cylinder housing, it should be slightly wet with hydraulic fluid that has leaked out. The proper way to reinstall the clutch is to simply tape the slave cylinder in when the old clutch is removed before it comes out (beyond the distance it is supposed to). This same exact thing happened to me but not to worry its a quick and cheap fix, especially if you can explain this to the technician who goofed it up.
