sky's shock relocation kit
#1
can anyone give me a few pointers on installing the rear shock relocation kit from sky manufacturing?
No.1 it doesn't even look like it will fit without a body lift
No.2 how bout a recommendation on the bolt they couldn't find in their heart to include for the axle mount that is going to go through the shock
I am going to call them monday but i thought maybe somebody on here went through this.
Thanks, Drew

Guessing this is for your pickup?
What's the goal of the new mount... longer shocks?
I managed to fit mine near the top of the frame rails with a 1" BL, and then when I took that out just dropped the mount down to about mid-frame rail.
I think you just want to make sure you are not hard against the body, as when your body mount bushings give a bit you might get some noise.
