short throw shifter?
do yall know where i can get a short throw shifter? im looking at getting one to hopefully fix the problem of going into reverse i posted about a while back.

I think you could get a short throw hurst or B&M setup for the short throw. I don't think it'd be too good for the tranny, though.

Have you replaced the shifter seat and socket, yet? If not, that may fix your problem pretty easily.

i have done none of this. is this stuff to fix my problem? or stuff to do before the short throw?

check out marlin crawlers site, shifter seat bushing, iirc. 4crawler (member on here) offers a short throw shifter set up that you may find works for your rig.
