Shock Mount disappeared

My first toyota is a 88 pickup that has a few issues with rust. Mainly right above the rear axle, which I knew about, and turns out the drivers side front shock mount had enough rust to completely rust away. So that shock is only mounted to the a arm and not to the frame. Just curious if there is a place to get a shock mount so I can weld it back on or should I go looking through junk yards?

Also what is the best way to fix the frame? Its right above the rear axle. Any help is appreciated.

Fixing the frame requires some cutting and plate support to give it back strength, but it may be easier if you add shock hoops in the front and in the back a new $59 rear shock support brace like this from Lowrange offroad at the same time as the repair:
