I'd say he should check his idler arm, that's like one of the biggest causes (other than obvious wheel/tire problems) for vibration in the front end of these trucks. that and ball joints. but if he wants to start a new thread, it could help more with search results, and I'd be happy to post in it with what I've learned thus far about suspension problems (quite a bit haha).

and before ANYONE ELSE suggests it, lets make this clear:

My tires have been balanced at three different shops, I have had it aligned at each shop, twice at the one shop (Toyota dealer), and I have used three different sets of tires on 4!!! sets of rims, each set balanced twice except the current set (just once). PLEASE read this before suggesting balance/wheels/alignment!!!

Hey guys I didn't mean to up set the wagon here....but my 95 has ADD with cv shafts I just replaced the drivers side yesterday what a job trying to get it out of that small space.I still have a little vib so I thought it may be coming from my front wheel bearings so I check it out and retorqued to specs but still a little vibe her...any suggestions?

did you check your idler arm? ball joints? I had a bad wheel bearing myself, but it didn't cause any vibration, just drag, so that can be a hit or miss problem.
