She's Flat

I don't drive my truck much, weekends mainly.
The last couple times I've driven it I notice that when I accelerate from 2nd gear to 3rd it goes flat, like it's holding back, not bogging just a lack of power.

Maybe a mile later or after a stop light its fine, plenty of power no flatness.

All the maintenance is always up to date, tune-up, fuel filter TB and goodies, TPS, filters, oil changes.

It usually runs fine with no problems, starts right up, good idle and no codes stored.

God, i hope it's not some new gremlin.
Any thoughts on this are appreciated

well start with the basics first, whats the timing at? idle speed correct? whens the last time you changed the fuel filter? could it need some fuel injector cleaner to prevent some gumming up of the injectors? just some thoughts.

Basically most everything pertaining has been changed within the last 5,000
miles. I don't drive it that much, mainly on weekends.
It just intermittent, out of nowhere it just happens.
I,m going to run some injector cleaner today, maybe that will help IDK.
Thanks for the input.
