I like the idea of lifting your vehicle only as much as needed. It seems like those are some nice size tires already. I would of put those shackles on the first or second hole just to get the exhaust out of your springs. Putting on bigger tires means you are gonna do some more hardcore off roading. Be careful! We don't wish harm on anyone whether it be on the board or in Life.

So that means the shackles buckell strength is more than 9000lbs so i believe they will be fine. And i dont do to hardcore stuff but like the look of bigger tires and the offroad traction provided from them being bigger!!! Thanks for that buckel info to!!!

actually, that change things for the rear u-joint so much, but the u-joint at the transfer case is going to wear quicker, becuase it's at a steeper angle now. Not much steeper, but enough to make a difference in the wear interval, and in some cases cause drive-line vibration
idealy, you want the drive-line to be as straight as possible. Obvisouly the drive-line is never completely straight, hince the need for u-joints but the straighter the better, and the longer the u-joints will last. this is of caurse pertaining to daily drivers... trail-rigs and offer-road vehicles in general, you can pretty much expect to replace u-joints regularly, lol

Superbleeder, from what I have read driveline vibration occurs more when you have u-joints at unlike angles. Basically, you want the diff pinion and tcase shaft to be parallel so the u-join links them through a vertical distance.

mine's got an ever-so-slight, but noticable vibration too, because of the longer shackles from WabFab, and so far I've only have to replace my u-joints once with the shackles... but I've only been running the shackles about a year, so we'll see
