Depends on the transmission and body style. Toyota Parts Deal will check the fit by your VIN; did you try that?

Just did ! RATS ! Discontinued from part 16400-65100 to 16400-65120. When I search the new part number I am finding it listed as a CSF Part number. Is a OEM now not available anywhere ?

Toyota has slowly been discontinuing the OEM radiators. They actually had many different versions depending on engine, transmission, and options. I think all of the aftermarket radiators have the transmission cooler built in so they will fit both automatic and manual vehicles.

I’m at Toyota now getting my 4runner serviced. So I checked in with parts and they gave me the same part number ending in 120. But they also don’t have one and advised that if they ordered it would end up having to be aftermarket. So csf is looking like the closest thing. They would order that in fact for 500 bucks !!! Ugh no
