Running the con' with ifs?

I used to have a jeep xj with a 71/2 inch lift with 33's and all locked up. i have been on the rubicon about 5 times. i have never seen an ifs rig on the con' im wondering if anyone has done it here, and if so what was the trip like? what kind of dammage did you recive and what kind of equipment were you running on your rig? thanks

IFS runs the 'con all the time. Front/rear lockers and armor are common. I understand if you're a decent driver and take your time, you can do most of it without much problem. If not, extensive body/drivetrain damage is likely (as with all 'wheeling)

Ive wheeled the Rubicon in an IFS...as a passenger.
One of the members here, Casey, did it in his 98 4Runner.
As I recall, he was the only IFS we saw the whole trip. And not long travel either. We made it though with no body damage, but his skids, sliders, and bumpers sure took a beating. I think the biggest thing that helped him do so well, besides some awesome driving, was the crawler. Of course, the dual lockers, 33"s, etc, and some good spotting all played a role as well.
We ran it back in June, so the summer rock stacking wasn't too much in effect. We ran from the Tahoe side entrance to around Spider lake and back.
