Looks like the wires for the Idle Up VSV (the plastic thing it looks like it goes to). Bumps up the idle when you switch the A/C on. Shouldn't make a difference for the regular idle I wouldn't think. Checked the cap for moisture?

distributor cap right? and no i havent could this be the problem for the rough idle the hard start and all that? if i do fine moisture what should i do?..so these wires shouldnt matter if i dont use my AC? and another thing the plastic thing has three hoses coming out of them(vacuums maybe?) and thats y i thought these might be it and when i change the combination of pluggin the wires in i get different results. thanks for the help :bigclap:

Not sure about he wires i am sure someone will chime up with something for ya.

Water in the distributor cap? Old tried and true spray some WD-40 inside then wipe it out with a clean rag. WD (water displacing)- 40 other uses. ( if i remember right). keep a can in the truck in case if "accidental" water logging.

year and color of the wires? Looks like VSV to me also, which could explain crappy idle if you're running AC / defrost.
