Ridge reamers to remove piston lip?
Are they hard to use? Is it easy to mess up your block while using it? Thanks.

has a very small lip I want to remove.

Nah they are really easy. JC whitney sells them if your looking for one. The key is, you just shave enough to remove the piston. Its like a couple of seconds and everything is well.

If you're rebuilding, don't worry about it. The bore will take care of it. To get the pistons out, remove the crank and drop 'em out the bottom.
