replacing quarter glass in a 1st gen 4runner

Are there any step-by-steps for removing the sliding quarter glass in a 1st gen? Some crackhead broke mine a while ago and I got a replacement panel today. I need to figure out how to put the thing in!

found it in the fsm for an 85, but is there any easier way?

The FSM way is the only one I've ever seen.
