Replacing Front Rotors

I've got to get the huge spindle nut that's holding my rotor on, off. Can someone tell me what size socket I need? Thanks, Eric.

You need a 4wd "socket" - most auto stores have them. It looks like a giant socket with little arms at the end.

It's a "regular" socket. the Ford's use the ones with the "arms" (I think).

It's a 54MM socket.

Yep, it's 54MM, and most auto parts stores don't have them that big. You can also use a 2 1/8" and it works fine.

I had planned on going to Sears and buying the socket, as they have it there. I saw it but wasn't sure wether it was 52 or 54 mm. Thanks for your help guys.
